## What is it?

Ingrid integrates with a wide range of carriers across multiple regions — from national postal operators (PostNord, Royal Mail, Posti) to last-mile specialists (Budbee, InPost, Instabox) to global express providers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

## What's in the library

For each carrier in the library, you can find:

- **Carrier overview** — description, region, specialty, link to the carrier's own site
- **Product list** — every Ingrid-supported product or service from that carrier
- **Per-product details:**
  - Delivery type (delivery, pickup, mailbox, in-store)
  - Parcel type (package, pallet, letter)
  - Booking, shipping, and tracking capabilities
  - Country routes — which origin → destination combinations are supported

## FAQ

**Q: My carrier isn't listed. Does that mean Ingrid doesn't support it?**  
A: If a carrier isn't in the library, contact your Ingrid CSM. New carrier integrations are added through the Ingrid Carrier Integration team.

**Q: I see a carrier in the library — what do I do to enable it for my account?**  
A: Listing in the library means the integration exists. Enabling it for your account requires configuration (credentials, contract, validation). Contact your CSM to get started.

**Q: How often is the library updated?**  
A: The library is maintained by the Ingrid Carrier Integration team and updated as carriers, products, and country coverage change.

**Q: Can I export the full carrier list?**  
A: Not directly today — the library is browsable. A structured export is on the roadmap.
