## Configuration Guide

### What you need

- Admin access to Ingrid Returns Back-office
- API credentials from your WMS provider (details below per system)

### Setup steps

**Step 1:** In Ingrid Returns Back-office, go to `Settings → Warehouse Integrations`.

**Step 2:** Select your WMS from the list.

**Step 3:** Enter the required credentials for your WMS (see below).

**Step 4:** Click **Test Integration** to verify the connection.

**Step 5:** Click **Save Settings** to activate.

| --- | --- |
| Warehousing API Subscription Key | Available in your DSV account |
| Actor | Your Actor identifier in DSV |
| Sender ID | Your Sender ID in DSV |
| Site ID | Your Site ID in DSV |
