**Warehouse Integration** connects your Warehouse Management System (WMS) directly to Ingrid Returns. When your warehouse receives and approves a returned item, your WMS notifies Ingrid Returns automatically — updating the return status and triggering the refund without any manual steps.

- ShipHero
- ShipMonk
- Shelfless
- Bonver
- DSV

## Configuration Guide

### What you need

- Admin access to Ingrid Returns Back-office
- API credentials from your WMS provider (details below per system)

### Setup steps

**Step 1:** In Ingrid Returns Back-office, go to `Settings → Warehouse Integrations`.

**Step 2:** Select your WMS from the list.

**Step 3:** Enter the required credentials for your WMS (see below).

**Step 4:** Click **Test Integration** to verify the connection.

**Step 5:** Click **Save Settings** to activate.
