The Ingrid Transport configuration guide explains how to connect Ingrid Transport to Ingrid Returns, enabling warehouse notifications to automatically trigger return creation when parcels are received.

### Onboarding Requirements

- Ingrid Transport account
- API credentials from Ingrid Transport

### **Setup Steps**

1. Contact Ingrid Transport to get API credentials
2. In Returns Back-office: **Settings → Integrations → Ecom Integration → Add New**
3. Select **Ingrid TOS** (Ingrid Transport) from dropdown
4. Enter configuration:
  1. **API environment**: Select environment (production/staging)
  2. **Site ID**: Your Ingrid Transport site identifier
  3. **Private key**: API authentication key
5. Optional: Enable “Create returns from warehouse notifications”
6. Click **SAVE**

| API environment | Specifies which Ingrid TOS environment to connect to:<br>- **Production** – Live production environment
- **Stage** – Testing/staging environment | Yes |
| Site ID | Unique identifier for the site/store within the Ingrid TOS system. | Yes |
| Private key | Private API key used to authenticate requests to Ingrid TOS. | Yes |
