Due to maintenance work on the platform, it may rarely happen that it will be temporarily impossible to log in. Before reaching out to [support@ingrid.com](mailto:support@ingrid.com) please follow the below steps:  


1. Check if username and password are correct
2. Clear browsers Cookies 🍪
3. Switch to the Google Chrome browser
