### Shipments Filtering

**Status explanation**

The following is the complete list of all the harmonised events for Ingrid Delivery Tracking

| **Status name** | **Definition** |
| UNKNOWN | indicates an unknown status which could not be harmonized. |
| CREATED | indicates that a shipment has been created in SOM. |
| BOOKED | indicates that the order has been booked by the merchant. |
| PICKUP BOOKING SCHEDULED | indicates that booking service will include the delivery in the next booking operation. |
| BOOKED | indicates that the delivery has been successfully booked with the carrier |
| IN TRANSIT | indicates that the delivery is under transportation to pickup point or in line haul. |
| DELIVERY IN PROGRESS | indicates that the delivery is on its way to a customers home address. |
| ARRIVED AT PICKUP POINT | indicates that the delivery is ready for pickup at a pickup location. |
| DELIVERED | indicates that the delivery has been delivered to the customer. |
| CANCELED | indicates that the delivery has been suspended and will not proceed. |
| DELAYED | indicates that the delivery is delayed but will resume at a later time. |
| RETURNED | indicates that the delivery has been returned. |
| INFO | indicates some custom carrier event |
| ERROR | indicates that some error occurred. |
| NOTIFICATION_SENT | indicates that a delivery notification has been sent to the customer. |
| BOOKING RECEIVED BY CARRIER | indicates that the carrier has received booking information for the parcel. |
| ARRIVED AT PICKUP POINT | indicates that the package has arrived at a pickup point |
